Bridget is the founder of dream on. She is passionate about bringing out the best in people and providing the support and encouragement to others that she has had through her life.
After graduating in business, Bridget trained as an accountant. She spent the first ten years of her career working in many different businesses varying from car manufacturing to book publishing, from radar development to consulting. She gained a broad understanding of business and financial management.
She moved to work at Norwich Union (now known as Aviva) in financial services. She started as finance manager and her career in financial services culminated at RSA where she was UK CEO & a plc director.
Bridget currently holds non-executive roles at Adnams and Saga. She is a governor of the Health Foundation and the balance of her time is spent both coaching, running workshops and developing the dream on business.
Karen has lived in Suffolk for much of her life and also enjoyed a stint in our glorious capital city working at the Bank of England. She began her career as an accountant but had always wanted to be a teacher so when her children were small she decided to take a change in direction and get an Open University degree so that she could follow her dream.
Now, several years later her 3 children are grown up and her eldest daughter, Cathryn, has two children of her own. Karen has twins, one of whom lives and works in Dubai as a Chartered Secretary and one of whom works as a nursery nurse and has benefitted from the Blossom programme.
Karen has enjoyed her time in education and is currently working as a Headteacher in a primary school in Ipswich (part time). However her first love remains in supporting the many children who come to her school and their families rather than wrestling with paperwork.
Karen has known Bridget for many years, having worked with her at Willis in Ipswich. At this insurance giant they used to work hard but also got up to a few practical jokes (they will remain a secret!).
When time allows Karen has many things that she likes doing, including writing stories, drawing and playing a few musical instruments (not very well). Like Bridget she plays the recorder but she has never owned a pink one.
Karen has been involved with Dream On from its very early days and is proud to be a part of an enterprise that is essentially so nurturing and encouraging to women - long may its success continue.

Attracted by Alitus' positive and unique personal philosophy, Elizabeth joined the team back in 2012. With a specific interest in behaviour change and lifestyle management, Elizabeth has recently been awarded her PhD in Psychology and is dedicated to using her applied experience to help others in both professional and personal contexts.
Elizabeth’s passion in coaching comes from wanting to connect with people, take an interest in who they are and believe what they are capable of. She enjoys challenging people to find their passion, reach their full potential and live with purpose. Brought-up to try different things, set goals and challenge herself, she understands what it is like to experience times of disappointment and the importance of managing her own and others expectations. She will work with you to identify your strengths and use them to take action on your hopes, dreams and plans.
Married to a farmer, when she is not working, Elizabeth enjoys pottering about the North Norfolk countryside in her wellie boots with her dog Frank.
Susie is Coaching Supervisor at Alitus and aims to offer Coaches a strong and professional support system, enabling them to provide the best possible service and experience for their Coachees. We at Alitus, and Susie, believe that the coaches own supervision, training and therapy are an essential part of their ability to help and develop their clients.
Susie originally qualified as a Dietitian, specialising in supporting patients with chronic life-limiting conditions. She managed the Suffolk wide Nutrition and Dietetic Service before leaving the NHS to raise her two boys and pursue a new career as a counsellor. Susie has been the Director of Inspire Counselling and Training, in Ipswich, for almost 12 years where she manages the day to day and strategic operation of this growing charity. She specialises in counselling couples, is a counselling supervisor and runs a small private practice from home.

She is an experienced trainer and is passionate about educating and equipping those at different stages of their counselling career. Susie loves to develop new courses, creating relevant and innovative programmes which inspire others.
Outside of work Susie is usually found in the kitchen where she loves to experiment with food and flavours. Family is incredibly important to Susie and she loves to spend time with her husband, boys, step-daughters and friends. When time allows they enjoy escaping home to Scotland where family, mountains and beaches provide a welcome retreat for them and their gorgeous Goldendoodle Bella.

He has held trusteeships of several charities.
Ken runs his own private practice from Bothy House in Eye. He is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, a qualified counsellor, couples practitioner, Life Purpose coach and clinical supervisor of counsellors.
