Led by a successful business leader, Bridget McIntyre, we will focus on what is most critical for you and your organisation. A team of executive coaches and thought leaders will deliver the programme through powerful thought leadership and 1:1 coaching. However, importantly, the significant impact will be gained from the shared know-how and insights of the group of peers on the programme. They will bring their diverse experience and backgrounds to bring new perspectives to issues you are grappling with and help identify new opportunities.
How did the Alitus Executive Programme come about?
I realised that the ceiling on my organisation's ability to grow is me. I knew I needed to spend time developing my strategic leadership skills and learning about new opportunities. Being part of the alitus network creates huge possibilities for my organisation.
