Good communication is an essential ingredient in an organisation’s and an individual’s success. It’s an important area to invest in individually and as a business.
Too often we find that conversations are avoided, done in such a way that creates misunderstandings or are simply not appropriate for the audience. In this workshop we look at the varying styles of communication that we can use. We also help develop models for strong communication and build confidence in communicating.
We will look at the different scenarios of good communication including meetings, one-to-one’s and presentations. We will help develop communication styles that keep everyone engaged.
We will learn about the different positions in communication and the unhealthy games people play and how to manage this.
We will also look at developing assertive communication skills including how to say no.
