All businesses need strong leadership to thrive and grow – whether it be a financial, retail or services organisation, the business is only as good as its people, who take their lead from their leaders, so they need to be the best.
Using the MBTI analysis, we help delegates on this workshop to understand their own leadership style, how it works and how it impacts on others. We look at the strengths and shadows of leadership styles and input on situational leadership and strategic leadership. We use this self-awareness to understand others and work with and enjoy diversity and difference.
Other aspects to be covered would include: how to deal with criticism and how to handle our filter; how to relay back what we’ve heard and how to convey that we are fully engaged and listening; time management, prioritization and how we can manage to be at our best.
